Lines in the Sand
A playful encouragement
You can go anywhere you please And do anything If you believe you can. See a world with treasure A colorful reef When you draw lines in the sand. How about castles or caves? And wild beasts? If you believe, you shall. You could put something in Or take it all out It depends on how you dwell. For there is more to drawing lines And building lands That gives our task it’s gold. Life is creative and joyful A connection to love So grow up, but never grow old.

Hi Zane. Great poem. I am going to read it to my 9 year old son. I will let you know how it goes.
This is really, really good. The cadence of the last resolving rhyme was extremely satisfying.
